Do you charge a minimum 3 hour rate?

No, our minimum is only 1 hour, after that we charge in 15 minute increments.

Are fuel costs included in the hourly rate?

Yes, all fuel, tolls etc are included in the hourly rate. There’s no hidden costs.

Do you do a fixed price for local moves?

Although we have found an hourly rate is more economical for customers we do understand that some people prefer to take the uncertainty out of the final cost, therefore a fixed price can be arranged on request.

What method of payments do you accept?

We accept cash, Eftpos or bank transfer. You will be asked at the time of booking how you would like to pay and advised of any fees if using a credit card. All methods of payment are required on completion of your removal.

Do you move interstate?

Yes we service the eastern states of Australia, we charge a set price for interstate/long distance moves.

How do I pack my hanging clothes?

We provide complimentary Portarobes for use on the day. As the name suggests, these boxes are like a mini portable wardrobe that are a safe and efficient way of transporting your hanging clothes. Just inform us at the time of booking that these would be required.

Do you sell boxes?

Yes we have two sizes available to purchase, tea chest and book carton in new or second hand condition. We deliver these for free within 2261 area.

Do you pre-pack?

Absolutely, we offer a full service from packing a whole house or just the kitchen to unpacking. We can also arrange cleaners, rubbish removal and lawn maintenance.

Do you disassemble beds?

Yes we have all the tools need to take apart beds and put them pack together, that will be included in our hourly rate.

Do you charge a settlement fee?

The first hour of settlement is free, any delays after that are charged at our hourly rate. We aim to finish load up as close as possible to the settlement time to avoid any of these delays.

Do you have insurance?

Yes we are a fully insured business. If you require cover for accidental damage please call us to discuss your requirements.
